Specially designed as a wine-pairing experience, enjoy three courses of perfectly prepared Corrigan classics, each thoughtfully matched with exceptional wines.

Beginning with Concordia Barons de Rothschild Champagne and Canapes, settle in for three sumptuous courses, from Carlingford Oysters and Iberica Bellota to Loin of Venison with Cavalo Nero and Beetroot.

Known for rich, Merlot-driven Bordeaux, the portfolio also extends to Argentina, Spain, and New Zealand.
