50ml Adnams Longshore vodka
(infused with powdered raw almonds for a
minimum of 24 hours)
25ml Strega
10ml lemon juice
50ml lemon curd
Meringue
Lemon zest
Yellow and black pansy (optional)

  1. Shake all the ingredients over ice.
  2. Serve in a balloon glass topped with meringue, lemon zest and yellow and black pansy.
