Dickie’s Cocktail School
Dickie’s does make a dashed good cocktail, I must say. Using the best of the season’s harvest from Richard Corrigan’s Irish estate, Virginia Park Lodge and a jigger or two of the finest ambrosias.
Every month we offer you a unique insight in to the expertise and secrets of the Dickie’s Bar team and to discover a glimpse in to the hard work and passion that goes on behind the scenes.
Each masterclass includes the teaching and making 2 cocktails per person, canapes fresh from the Corrigan’s kitchen and a recipe card for you to take home and practise in your own surroundings.
The class starts at 3pm
If you have guests with special dietary requirements please alert us as soon as possible and we will arrange alternative foods for them as appropriate.
If your booking is cancelled, or a part of your booking is altered within 72 hours of the function date, the full payment per person will be retained by Corrigan’s Mayfair as a cancellation charge.
