Begin your Corrigan’s experience with something light and delicious. The Smoked Eel Velouté is a sensation, finished with walnut, celery and grape, a sublime Salt Baked Celeriac, or a Frog Leg Tempura finished generously with bacon, garlic and parsley. Celebrating - or just because - add a touch of luxury with N25 Oscietra Reserve or N25 Kaluga Reserve Caviar. A mainstay on our menu is incredible hand-dived Orkney Scallops, served with the finest seasonal garnish.

For the main course, expect a selection of lovingly crafted dishes. The Hampshire Fallow Deer is everything Corrigan’s represents: wild, local and simply delicious. Finished with cocoa, fig and beetroot. From the sea, the Wild Shetland Halibut will delight even the most refined palate. And if you are celebrating a special occasion, the Salt Aged Beef Wellington for Two comes with incredible autumn truffle, pomme purée and red wine. A British classic cooked to perfection at one of Mayfair’s best restaurants.
