He’s opening the doors of Corrigan’s Mayfair kitchen for a special festive edition of his Corrigan Masterclass, where he’ll share insider tricks, top tips, and expert advice to help you create a show-stopping holiday feast, from a decadent seafood starter to ham, goose and all the trimmings.

Begin your day with a breakfast of salmon, soda bread, caviar, and Champagne, then spend two exciting and informative hours in the kitchen with Chef Corrigan. Afterward, sit down to a delicious three-course Christmas lunch in the restaurant, featuring dishes prepared by Richard himself. By the end of the event, we promise that you’ll walk away with new cooking skills, a satisfied appetite and a goodie bag to take home with you.
